Glowing Skin In Your 20s

At the age of 21, my skin care routine consisted of little more than a moisturizer, Maybelline lip balm, and a once-week fuller earth face pack. Meanwhile, after meeting several skin care enthusiasts, I was shocked and even had many questions about skin care and its advantages, as well as how we should begin a skin care regimen.

So, after conducting my own exploration, my perspective on skin care has significantly shifted. I began to consider my SKIN-VEST-MENT. I began my skin care program at the age of 23 and have never skipped a skin care regimen since then since the results are incredible.

In your twenties, your skin is at its best. Collagen and elastin are abundant in your skin. Collagen is the key component that gives youthful skin its plump the appearance. Elastin gives skin elasticity, which helps the skin return to its original shape after being stretched.

Hyaluronic acid can aid in the formation of collagen in the human body. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance in the body that declines with ageing. Your skin appears bright, bouncy, and plump in your early twenties because of the body's naturally occurring protein, "Your skin generates around one percent less collagen each year." The amounts of hyaluronic acid and collagen in the body may be increased by eating meals high in vitamin C and amino acids, both of which are crucial for skin.

Drinking water improves the entire body in a million ways, this is my own experience. Water is a miraculous drink for cleaning out impurities, avoiding acne, and giving you radiant skin. It hydrates the skin, prevents premature skin ageing, enhances skin tone, maintains the skin's pH level, decreases puffiness, prevents dryness, tightens the skin, and provides many other benefits.

Start a regular beauty regimen if you don't already have one to maintain your young appearance. This should include cleaning, exfoliating, toning, and moisturizing. “The sooner you begin this program, the better off you will be in terms of a healthy complexion and prevention.”

Some basic skin tips for early 20s to have a glowing skin

1. Wash your face twice daily.

2. Apply an alcohol-free toner.

3. Apply an antioxidant serum.

4. Apply a good moisturizer.

5. Apply an eye cream.

6. Apply Sunscreen daily.

7. Exfoliate weekly.

8. Keep yourself hydrated.

9. Your diet matters—so does exercise.

10. Never sleep with makeup on.

Always keep in mind to "invest in your skin." It is going to represent you for a very long time.
